Order Processing Specialist

The Role
Yubico seeks to add an Order Processing Specialist to our logistics team. As an Order Processing Specialist, you will be a key player to the service we provide to our valuable customers. You would work to ensure our high volume of enterprise and channel orders are processed in an efficient and timely manner. While processing orders, you would work to maintain effective communication with the sales and sales ops teams and other departments internally as needed. You will also provide some level of customer service, managing inventory, and invoicing. This position is a prime opportunity for someone looking to launch their career with an industry leader.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Enter order information accurately, verifying and editing when necessary
- Upload and organize POs, Quotes & Tax documents
- Handle enterprise refunds and credit notes
- Work with Sales Representatives to obtain necessary paperwork or information required for each order
- Manage and track orders
- Reconcile the invoices
- Cross-team assisting
- Additional Order Entry tasks/projects, as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with Netsuite, or similar ERP system
- Intermediate data entry, G-suite experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales process
- Systematic and methodical in completing tasks
- Self-starter with high energy and ability to take initiative
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Good Team player, desire to learn
- Positive working attitude
