Technical Support - Tier 1 Support Agent

Yotpo is looking for a Tier 1 Support Agent to join our excellent dynamic team that supports our customers. This position offers great learning and development opportunities.

 

If you’re a self-learner, an out-of-the-box thinker and have excellent English skills (both written and verbal), then we want to hear from you!

  • Native English Speaker or comparable - spoken and written English must be mother-tongue level.
  • Ability to work in shifts, 5 shifts per week - Fridays included.
  • Technical Support experience - advantage.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers via email.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Able to handle and escalate issues as needed.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of  jQuery, and Javascript - advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies such as SQL, CSS, HTML- advantage.
