Support Team Leader
Yotpo is looking for an amazing Support Team Leader to head our team of support agents, focused on helping our customers with their product issues.
The ideal candidate for this position is a native English speaker or the equivalent, with leadership and hands-on support experience, who is both technical and a comprehensible communicator in English, through email and phone.

- Native English Speaker or comparable - spoken and written English must be mother-tongue level.
- 1+ years of experience in leading a Technical Support team – MUST.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a team of 4-5 employees, including quality control, performance reviews according to defined KPI’s and handling escalation.
- Extraordinary communication skills – this position requires effective communication in English internally and externally.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience in web technologies such as SQL, CSS, HTML.
