Senior Product Analyst

We’re currently seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join our Business Performance Team and help proactively guide our business growth through the provision of strategic perspective, market insight, and experience with analytical tools and techniques. You will work closely with product managers and bring your expert analytical ability to provide key insights, recognize key opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

  • Define and measure business Key Performance Indicators
  • Analyze large and complex data sets to discover product insights and help translate them into actionable recommendations
  • Monitor and share insights on the performance of our products
  • Build and maintain data analysis and reporting dashboards
  • Define events to help track user interaction and engagement with our products
  • Support A/B tests execution to increase confidence before development
  • Work closely with a wide range of company teams — from Senior Management to Product Managers, Product Marketing, Data Science, and R&D


Mandatory Requirements

  • 2+ years experience working as a Business / BI / Data Analyst, Data Scientist or a similar role
  • 2+ years experience working at an internet company
  • BA / BS in Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems Engineering / Economics / Statistics / Mathematics
  • Advanced Excel and SQL skills (our team uses Redshift)
  • Experience with at least one BI tool: Tableau, Qlikview or other tool (our team uses Tableau)
  • Experience in defining events for analyzing user interaction
  • Experience in supporting A/B tests execution
  • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • High level English

Nice to have

  • Statistical knowledge and experience using statistics for analyzing datasets
  • Experience working with big data tools
  • Experience working with product analytics tools such as Amplitude / Mixpanel, etc.
