Yotpo is growing fast, and we are looking for an energetic, passionate, people oriented & results-driven Office Admin to join our Facilities Team.
As an Office Admin you will have a HUGE impact on our daily operations and you will need to make sure that our office runs smoothly, professionally, and with a smile :)
This is a part time position (60% - 3 days a week) in our Tel Aviv office, which requires and allows some flexibility according to company needs.
- Have overall administrative & operations responsibilities on the day-to-day office and facilities activities
- Be the first point of contact for our employees on all office needs – including maintenance, cleaning, refreshments, office supplies, office equipment, etc.
- Greet all visitors, candidates and new employees while onboarding
- Receive incoming courier packages and prepare outgoing packages
- Support special projects and events as needed
- Experience in similar roles as a Receptionist / Office Admin
- Positive, very welcoming and pleasant attitude
- People & service oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and effective communication
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) & Gmail accounts
- Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written
