Global Facilities Manager

Yotpo is looking for an experienced Global Facilities Manager to join our Facilities Team!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the facilities (~500 employees) on a global level
  • Supervise different functions at our site, including maintenance, cafeteria operations, cleaning, site upgrades, and security
  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality of service
  • Manage the refurbishment, Capex, and relocation of offices
  • Manage third-party contractors and agency staff across various premises
  • Manage the receptionists
  • Track budgets and ensure payment is made on time and efficiently


Requirements:

  • At least seven years experience as a Facility/Operations Manager
  • Proven experience managing people, projects, and/or operations
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent English
  • Proficiency in MS Excel: a must
  • Details oriented 
  • Organized and process-oriented: attention to detail is imperative for this position
  • Experience with budget management
  • Strong communication skills: in person, over email, and on the phone
  • Positive approach and attitude
  • Problem solver
  • Ability to fly to other sites from time to time
  • Availability to work NY hours
