Global Facilities Manager
Yotpo is looking for an experienced Global Facilities Manager to join our Facilities Team!

- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the facilities (~500 employees) on a global level
- Supervise different functions at our site, including maintenance, cafeteria operations, cleaning, site upgrades, and security
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality of service
- Manage the refurbishment, Capex, and relocation of offices
- Manage third-party contractors and agency staff across various premises
- Manage the receptionists
- Track budgets and ensure payment is made on time and efficiently
- At least seven years experience as a Facility/Operations Manager
- Proven experience managing people, projects, and/or operations
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in MS Excel: a must
- Details oriented
- Organized and process-oriented: attention to detail is imperative for this position
- Experience with budget management
- Strong communication skills: in person, over email, and on the phone
- Positive approach and attitude
- Problem solver
- Ability to fly to other sites from time to time
- Availability to work NY hours
