Job Description:

We are looking for an analytic self starter to join our team as a Senior Business Analyst. Our team works closely with all aspects of our business to turn complex data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. In this role, you will play a significant role in advancing the company’s analytics capabilities and be responsible for orchestrating and driving analytic insights, solutions and self-service tools to inform strategic decision making.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience building and delivering quantitative research and business reporting solutions including data-driven stories, reporting solutions and presentations. You will have experience synthesizing business scenarios into meaningful and actionable analytic solution requirements, and possess a blend of technical skills and knowledge to identify, collect and evaluate data for analysis.


-Deliver accurate and impactful analysis based on solid understanding of data sources and business drivers.
-Translate business questions into analytic hypothesis, data needs and reporting requirements.
-Partner with senior leaders to solve complex business problems, provide data driven insights, and present strategic and tactical recommendations.
-Design, develop and maintain accurate and reliable reports and KPIs.
-Define data requirements and collect data from multiple sources to find new data correlations and patterns to include in analytic datasets.
-Create relationships with business stakeholders across the company including product, marketing, sales, and client services, to understand business goals, establish business performance metrics and provide ad hoc analysis.
-Standardize insight generation and help build automated self service tools.


-4-6 years of experience in a reporting and analytics role using data and creating analytics solutions to improve business outcomes.
-Demonstrated experience working with multifaceted datasets, relational databases and writing complex queries. Must have advanced SQL skills.
-Adept at integrating disparate information, correlating data, and understanding data trends.
-Experience with data quality assessment and implementing solutions to improve the data quality.
-Experience with BI/analytical applications such as Tableau.
-Able to independently lead efforts to provide data solutions to multiple business units.
-Knowledgeable in applying data modeling concepts.
-Proven independent decision making skills in an often times ambiguous environment
-High attention to detail and able to multi-task as well as adapt to changing requirements due to business needs.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels from executive to teams.
-Must be able to proactively communicate status and identify issues.
-Familiarity with agile project management is a plus.
