Our Call Center Representatives (AKA- Customer Success Guides) are responsible for helping our customers uniquely identify with the YETI brand through customization. This team delivers nothing less than world-class customer experiences. They understand that it is a privilege to be part of the events that our customers share with us. We celebrate our customers and show genuine interest in their customization project. Our Reps are not only experts in laser marking but also in the aesthetics of customization. They lead our customers to find the best design for the product purchased.

We are looking for people to join our team that understand that “Customer Success” is much more than just “Customer Service”.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating high satisfaction levels for customers who contact our Reps to order products, request information, or report problems and complaints
  • Answer inbound phone calls to assist customers with order placements
  • Provide email and live chat support
  • Educate customers by providing product information to create a positive experience for all customers
  • Place orders in a timely fashion with the utmost accuracy
  • Provide customers with resolutions for any order errors or webstore malfunctioning
  • Proactively contact customers regarding any issues with orders, payment, and delivery status
  • Ability to track and record data on a scheduled basis
  • Complete assigned tasks proficiently and professionally according to YETI Custom Shop’s policies to meet our customer’s quality expectations


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years of experience of delivering superior customer service in a high-volume call center environment
  • Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working with confidential information
  • Knowledge of ZenDesk will be warmly welcomed preferred

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. YETI Custom Shop offers Health Insurance to all full-time employees.
