Technical Analyst, Revenue Operations

Responsible for partnering  and supporting with Yelp’s Mid-Market/National Sales  and Customer Success Orgs. Responsibilities include custom reporting, National/Mid-Market account alignment and auditing, and various project planning.  Success in the role is defined by the candidates ability to establish autonomy, enhance technical capabilities, and broaden visibility in the organization. Our team is customer oriented, focused on helping sales attain and surpass their goals.

Responsibilities

  • MM/N Sales Reporting - Provide sales organization customized reporting based off of ad hoc requests
  • Lead initiatives to drive standardization within SFDC reporting for the MM and National Sales Org
  • Support the CS org for prescriptive SFDC and Tableau/SQL reports
  • Partner with aligned business unit leadership to define proactive assignment and reporting strategy
  • Partner with QA and Training to understand process and systems limitations to help create technical solutions
  • Standard Reporting - Concurrent weekly and monthly reporting utilizing SQL, Tableau, Salesforce,  and Brightmetrics
  • Data Quality - Process escalated cases and leads from sales organization to ensure account assignment policy adherence
  • Lead conversations and meetings around data driven projects

Your Background

  • Advanced Excel Skills (nested formulas, query formulas, data visualization)
  • Proven SQL capabilities (advanced joins, subqueries)
  • Fundamental understanding of Tableau (workbook creation and data blending)
  • Exhibit fundamental Salesforce skills (basic reporting skills + SFDC Data loader)
  • Ability to present and and speak to data
  • Evidence of project management experience
  • Possess keen customer service and communication skills to provide appropriate feedback in a timely manner
  • Demonstrated passion, flexibility, and resourcefulness to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment; creativity and energy to be an agent for change
  • Ability to learn on the go and confidence to learn autonomously
  • A sense of humor
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and enjoys pushing the status-quo
