Senior-Level Product Manager (National Business Products)

Yelp’s products are used by millions of people every day. At Yelp you’ll have an opportunity to make a real impact on a product you actually use. The team you’ll work with is small, scrappy, nimble, and fun. The culture at Yelp is a unique environment combining the best parts of being at a startup with the stability and resources of a successful public company. You’ll have full ownership of the product you’re working on and will be able make fast decisions in a highly collaborative, no-BS, no-bureaucracy environment.

We’re looking for a senior-level product manager to help us build great advertising products for our mid-market and national customers. If you’re looking to own critical revenue-generating products at a fast-growing consumer company, this role is for you. The online advertising market is in the hundreds of billions, and Yelp’s share is $700M a year and growing fast. Although the majority of Yelp’s paying advertisers are small local businesses, thousands of businesses with 10 or more locations are highly engaged on Yelp, and our business is growing quickly.

What You Will Do:

  • Identify, analyze, and prioritize products and features that enable multi-location business owners to engage with their customers and grow their businesses
  • Work with our talented and passionate engineering and design team to hone and iterate on your ideas
  • Collaborate with our national sales and marketing team to accelerate new customer acquisition and overall revenue
  • Manage the design/build/test/release process end-to-end
  • Move quickly. We strive for design perfection but love to release and iterate

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, including responsibility for major company initiatives
  • Experience in consumer or enterprise software development, with extra points for both
  • Strong technical background that facilitates working with engineers and data scientists
  • Great with data: you can run your own queries and slice & dice data to bits
  • Experience managing the development process: you know how to make things happen
  • Product planning extraordinaire: you plan and execute your roadmap with precision
  • All-around leader: you can create a product vision that others want to follow
