Senior Product Manager - Local Biz (Remote)

Yelp is looking for an experienced Product Manager to build critical products that power our $1B company. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll create new communication channels with existing business users to help them succeed on Yelp, as well as build innovative experiments to accelerate exponential growth for new business users. You’ll keep close communication across Yelp’s executive team, and collaborate with other product managers, engineers, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations partners to execute this vision.

Where You Come In:

  • Define and prioritize the roadmap to accelerate feature development across the entire Local Product organization.
  • Define and deliver data-informed growth experiments to increase engagement, adoption, and acquisition.
  • Team up with engineers, data scientists, and business system analysts to hone and iterate on your ideas.
  • Partner with other product, engineering, and marketing teams to identify high-leverage opportunities for the platform, as well as to evangelize and increase adoption.

What It Takes to Succeed:

  • Experience leading the definition and delivery of products, features, and projects which have a high degree of cross-functional complexity and integration.
  • A clear vision of what your product should be 12-18 months from now, and the ability to communicate the steps to get there.
  • An intimate understanding of what your customer values, and what their biggest challenges are.
  • Excited to translate internal users’ needs into clear, well-defined functional and technical requirements backed by data analysis and an understanding of the industry landscape.
  • Ability to communicate with engineers and executives in the same breadth.
  • Committed to Yelp’s mission of connecting people with great local businesses.
