Sales Recruiting Coordinator

As the Recruiting Coordinator for Sales, you are the face of Yelp.  You will interact with candidates, recruiters, managers and directors in the sales department on a daily basis to ensure the overall hiring process is running smoothly. Managing communication among candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers with tact and diplomacy is critical.  Your attention to detail and communication skills are the key to success in this role.

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the daily functions of the sales recruiting department. You will be responsible for scheduling, facilitating and coordinating interviews; addressing candidate questions; interacting with recruiters, hiring managers and directors; and maintaining the integrity of the recruiting database.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage a flawless candidate experience from start to finish
  • Communicate professionally and with integrity - always maintaining a high level of confidentiality
  • Coordinate travel including scheduling Yelp employees for on-campus university events
  • Track all candidates’ interview experiences and serve as point of contact
  • Take an active role in contributing to process and communication improvements
  • Monitor the candidate pipeline daily to ensure all candidates move through the process in a timely fashion
  • Assist in onboarding efforts including outreach programs, welcome events, first day festivities, etc.
  • Ensure Sales Recruiting job postings are updated and accurately assigned to candidates

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous experience in a fast paced, high energy and collaborative work environment
  • Impeccable organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks throughout the day
  • Effective written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Computer literate: experience with an ATS or database management and Google Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with confidence and composure
  • Proven track record of being a proactive problem solver
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to unpredictable change
