Eat24, Customer Support Representative

We are bursting at the seams and have decided that (along with getting a better tailor), we need to add another person to our AWESOME team. Word on the street is that it might be you. Don't ask who told us that or why, just take the compliment and keep reading.
Basically, we are looking for someone who is passionate about changing the world one cheeseburger at a time. Excellent customer service skills are an absolute must. You will be part of our contact center team handling phone calls, online chat, and emails. We are the face of the company so we want to make sure we don't put our foot in our mouth...unless your foot is made of bacon. (Note: if you have a bacon foot, you should definitely apply.) You should also love food more than life itself (we'll just take your word for it) and enjoy helping hungry (and potentially hangry) people get their noms on. Truth be told, we don’t know what stage comes after hangry, but we're pretty sure it isn’t good. That means this job is basically like being a superhero.


  • Customer service experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or comparable industry
  • Solid computer skills (good typing skills, being able to use our online chat client, and sending emails like a champion)
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM
  • Answering phones and helping customers/partner restaurants resolve issues
  • Positive attitude: We are a happy bunch, and would love to have more happy people come in and help us grow the business while having a great time
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to good service
  • Excellent spelling and grammar skills
  • Multitasking while multitasking while multitasking
  • Night and weekend availability is a MUST
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Able to work out of our beautiful office in Scottsdale, AZ
