Experienced Corporate Executive Assistant/Secretary

The San Francisco South of Market (SOMA) office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich has an opportunity for an Executive Assistant in our Corporate department. The executive assistant would support a partner and senior associates.

The candidate should have experience working in a law firm and have some experience supporting attorneys in the Corporate practice. This position requires performing advanced, diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices. This person will assist attorneys in producing and reviewing documents, preparing correspondence and reports, processing new and existing client matters, and assisting with general administrative tasks. Duties may include managing client requests and emails, and scheduling and maintaining calendar of appointments, conference calls, meetings and travel itineraries. This person must be committed to producing reliable work product, have strong verbal and written communication skills, and enjoy working with a team. Being able to prioritize assignments and handle challenging workload is needed. Strong computer and research skills required.
