The Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich has an opportunity for a Corporate Legal Executive Assistant. The executive assistant will support partners and senior associates.

This position requires performing diversified and confidential duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices. This person will assist attorneys in handling client requests, reviewing and responding to emails, and maintaining calendars by scheduling meetings or conference calls. Duties may include producing and reviewing documents, preparing correspondence and reports, processing new and existing client matters, and assisting with firm administrative tasks.

The candidate should have 3+ years’ experience working in a law firm, with some experience supporting attorneys in the corporate practice. This person must be committed to producing reliable work product, be able to stay on top of outstanding items, have strong verbal and written communication skills, and enjoy working with a team. Being able to prioritize assignments and handle challenging workload is needed. Strong computer and research skills required.
