Team Assistant (6-month temporary contract)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support
  • Perform data entry and prepare relevant reports
  • Answering client queries by phone and email
  • Assist our teams on any ad hoc duties

  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent numeracy and organization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and is a team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Written and spoken English and Mandarin

Requirement:

  • Immediately available is highly preferred (Fresh graduates welcome!)
