Digital Marketing Manager (based in HK or China)

This position will be accountable for PPC, SEM, SEO optimisation results of number of customer online registration and ownership of related digital acquisition platforms in China.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive PPC,SEM,SEO campaigns for lead generation and customer acquisition
  • Oversee and manage customer acquisition of online channels e.g. Baidu, Sougou, 360 etc.
  • Develop and own strategic online acquisition plans
  • Monitor, analyse and fine-tune campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Perform A/B testing for various channels analyse campaign results
  • Generate new growth ideas for better performance and impact the business
  • Conduct usability testing and apply user centric design across all digital channels
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

 Key Capabilities:

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth/E-commerce/b2b
  • Familiar, conversant and experience in multiple digital marketing channels of PPC, SEM, SEO in China
  • Experience with campaign measurement, reporting, and A/B testing, marketing analysis and automation tools is a must(i.e. Google Analytics, Baidu Analytics and others etc)
  • Fully responsible for results with strong ROI driven mindset
  • Maintain commitment to goals, measures own work to work effectively and delivery results
  • Passion about technology, digital media
  • Experienced in targeting different Asian market would be an asset
