Our Sales and Professional Services Teams


Using their technical expertise and detailed knowledge of platform, API and Professional Services capabilities, Sales Engineers (SE) provide guidance for and inject efficiency into the pre-sale. Whether simply answering technical questions or actively listening for and crafting solution capabilities for customer pain points, SEs shorten sales cycles, uncover new opportunities, and tee up predictable, high-value Professional Services wins while increasing revenue, customer satisfaction and trust.  

 Required Qualifications


  • Proficient knowledge of web tech
    • HTTP, DNS, SSL
    • Web services, APIs
  • Problem-solving skill
    • Given a set of tools, knowing what can - and can’t - be built with them
  • Extroversion, energy, communication
    • Ability to assert self in the pre-sale

  • Coding experience
  • Sales experience
  • Experience with
    • Amazon AWS
    • Linux
    • Integration middleware
    • Backend MVC frameworks
  • Computer science or similar degree



  • Work with salespersons to uncover and steer pre-sale opportunities
  • Communicate state of the pre-sale, as a whole and per-account, to the Professional Services team
  • Coordinate/perform small project work + seamlessly hand off med-large projects to appropriate teams
