Customer Success Associate

Our Team:

The Customer Success team’s primary responsibility is to help our clients achieve their ever evolving desired outcome! They rely on us to drive best practices, educate them on the nuances of an on-demand workforce, train them on how to use the platform and identify opportunities that help them improve their workflows.

We’re looking for an individual who enjoys helping people, is charismatic, passionate and engaging on the phone and in email. Someone’s who’s eager to learn, does not accept the status quo, understands what it means to go above and beyond and has the ability to see where a client needs to go next. Lastly is a Jack or Jill of all trades, part; relationship builder, support, trainer, strategist, advisor, marketer and salesperson - no one day is the same, but that’s what they’ll love about the role!

What you’ll do…

  • You will be working hand in hand with a Customer Success Manager to drive growth for WorkMarket’s 500+ Professional & Self-Serve Client tiers
  • Assist with client on-boarding and management of new accounts
  • Assist in sales efforts to identify upsell opportunities within new accounts
  • Monitor and facilitate adoption of WorkMarket within client accounts
  • Nurture new accounts to increase revenue
  • Create and drive innovative strategies to increase revenue, engagement, and satisfaction
  • Negotiate and close new customer deals
  • Achieve assigned sales quota in designated accounts
  • Become a product expert, and work with clients to establish best practices
  • Train clients on the platform
  • Develop material and communication tools to help clients grow their business

Qualifications…

  • You must have at least 2 years of experience in a client facing sales role
  • Experience in a SaaS business preferred
  • Experience in a startup environment preferred
  • Must be a self-starter, driven by numbers/metrics, and very organized- especially when managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Eager to learn about workforce management
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, communication, psychology or a related field
