Sr. Marketing Specialist - Marketing Programs

Workiva is looking to add a Senior Marketing Program Manager to our Corporate Marketing team. The Senior Marketing Program Manager will be viewed as a leader for the overall solution program. This person is responsible for directing the efforts of multiple cross-functional project teams in Corporate Marketing and Product Marketing to achieve solution marketing goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the Marketing team in ensuring best practice standards are being followed
  • Develop major goals and objectives for marketing channels, audit existing standards and protocols and ensures constant process improvements and growth
  • Own the 12-month Corporate Marketing planning process
  • Guide the Corporate Marketing strategy and lead campaign kickoff meetings
  • Manage solution budgets
  • Lead weekly stand-up meetings (Corporate Marketing and Product Marketing)

What You'll Need:

  • 3-5 years industry experience preferably on a marketing team
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
  • Ability to take initiative and be resourceful as issues arise
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables within a situation
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, interpersonal and project management skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly to changing situations
  • Excellent business communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to interact with internal peers and management as well as vendors and outside agencies
  • A./B.S. degree in marketing, advertising, communications or four or more years industry experience in related field preferred
