Sales Operations Analyst

Workiva is searching for motivated Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing team. The Operations Analyst is the internal liaison between our Sales team and other strategic partners within Workiva.  This position will support the field sales representatives, and also with forecasting and analytic aspects of sales efforts.

What You'll Be Doing: 

  • Supports Sales and Accounting and Finance teams through financial projections, sales forecasts, and variance analyses
  • Develops financial projections for Sales team including expense and bookings forecasts, assists in budget to actual analysis related to projections and assists with bookings, validations, and sales analysis 
    Assists with service product development and rollout and relays service related information to the field
  • Assists with service related issues such as packaging promotion, data, and pricing that may arise
  • Supports Marketing team through sales analysis as it relates to marketing efforts by managing leads and contact and assisting in the execution of marketing-led campaigns
  • Supports Legal team by working with them on contract exceptions and assisting in the implementation of contracts and order changes
What You'll Need: 
  • B.A./B.S. degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience in a sales environment preferred
  • High-level ability to focus on details
  • Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions at one time
  • Ability to organize priorities and follow through in a timely fashion
