Offer Development Specialist

We are looking to add an Offer Development Specialist to our Client Services team. The Offer Development Specialist is responsible for leading the design and development of new services offerings that align with our customers' needs, create strategic differentiation for Workiva, and grow the business. The Offer Development Specialist supports increased sales volume by productizing standard service delivery. This is accomplished by designing service offerings that align with Workiva's customer's needs and business strategy, communicating onboarding strategy, service implementation, and overall value-proposition to customers and internal stakeholders, and setting up and documenting operational processes to support the sales and delivery cycle. 

What You’ll Do:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define standard service products
  • Develop communication, processes, and documentation to support sales, delivery, and marketing activities
  • Conduct a quarterly review of standard service products with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for further revenue growth and deepening customer relationships.
  • Create documentation for existing processes and proactively communicate improvements 
  • Provides analytics and reporting support for the marketing and sales team, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Develops, implements, and improves processes for effective and efficient sales operations
  • Works to develop effective training programs for the sales team
  • Effectively distributes leads to the sales team and actively follows-up to ensure effective lead nurturing 
  • Provides inside sales support when needed, such as introductory lead nurturing and contact information 
  • Works with the marketing team to help create, define, and implement downstream marketing activities that drive demand 
What You’ll Need:
  • 2-4 years of experience in an inside sales or sales operations role with increasing responsibilities 
  • Salesforce.com administrator-level experience 
  • Demand generation, sales analytics, and reporting experience 
  • Security industry knowledge and experience
  • Ability to influence at all levels and in various departments 
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment 
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, and cross-functional teams, and third parties
  • Inside sales experience is a plus 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar field is preferred 
  • Ability to travel up to 20-30%
