Our Customer Success team plays a critical role in making sure our customers' experience is unmatched! We are looking to add Customer Success Specialists to our top-rated team. The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) assists other members of the Customer Success Team in importing, formatting, and reviewing documents in Wdesk.
What You'll Do:
- Obtain previously filed documents from SEC website or another available source
- Apply document formatting according to guidelines
- Apply linking to document
- Create supporting workbooks for document to serve as database for financials
- Review documents and projects prepared by others
- Perform tie-outs of XBRL documents to ensure completion and accuracy

What You'll Need:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in accounting or finance preferred
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, presentation, and word processing
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
