Customer Success Specialist (1pm-10pm)

Our Customer Success team plays a critical role in making sure our customers' experience is unmatched!  We are looking to add Customer Success Specialists to our top-rated team. The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) assists other members of the Customer Success Team in importing, formatting, and reviewing documents in Wdesk. 
 

What You'll Do:

  • Obtain previously filed documents from SEC website or other available source
  • Apply document formatting according to guidelines
  • Apply linking to document
  • Create supporting workbooks for document to serve as database for financials
  • Review documents and projects prepared by others
  • Perform tie-outs of XBRL documents to ensure completion and accuracy

What You'll Need:
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in accounting or finance preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, presentation and word processing
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
  • Must be able to work 1:00 PM-10:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
