As a Test Lead you will be a part of the Banking Practice where we help banking clients transform the way they payments through digital powered customer experience & analytics/cognition enabled business transformation. Our transformation consulting framework enables modernization & complete digitalization of insurance organization. Leading practices include - Sales & Distribution Transformation, POS Transformation, Underwriting Transformation, Claims Transformation.
Purpose of the Role:
As the successful Test Lead, you will support our client with their efforts to improve their End-2-End payment platform.
Your Responsibilities:
- Test planning, preparation, and execution as per the program timelines.
- Create an acceptable Test Plan and all other test documentation preparation.
- Define test scope, both functional & regression.
- Prepare Test execution schedule.
- Managing test environment and establishing the E2E connectivity.
- Mentor the junior QA team members.
- Daily status reporting.
- Liaising with all project stakeholders and ensure no blockers for testing.
- UAT support.
Mandatory Skills/Experience:
- Thorough Payments domain expertise with hands on E2E testing in ISO 20022 MX messages.
- Prior experience in ISO migrations projects experience.
- Experience in pacs.008, pacs.009, pacs.002, pacs.004 etc.
- Previous experience of payments E2E business flows from Channels to Client reporting.
- Expertise in major international clearings for EMEA, Asia & LATAM.
- SEPA, CBPR+, CHAPS, NEFT, RTGS, CHATS, NPP etc.. (International clearings working experience).
- Solid understanding of Realtime Payments, Bulk payments.
- Strong understanding of Core banking and channels.
- Experience of Manual Testing.
- JIRA/QTEST tools experience.
- Defect analysis and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in using Agile tools (e.g. JIRA/Confluence).
- Expert understanding of SAFe and Agile methodology.
- Experience in Testing, Document evidence and explaining the evidence as per the AC in JIRA.
