Job Description:

TEOCO Application Administrator

We are seeking a resource to support and administer TEOCO, a SaaS application used for managing invoices from vendors for leased circuits ("Type 2 circuits"). This role is primarily administrative with light troubleshooting responsibilities. The candidate will ensure smooth operations, user support, and compliance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • User Administration:
    • Manage onboarding and offboarding requests.
    • Process zSM requests and obtain necessary approvals from the TEOCO business team.
    • Submit onboarding/offboarding requests to TEOCO.

  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Generate reports for audits and SOX compliance as required.
  • Troubleshooting & Support:
    • Respond promptly to user requests and issues during business hours.
    • Assist with data ingestion issues and resolve integration problems when outages occur.
  • Integration Management:
    • Maintain and troubleshoot integrations/feeds between TEOCO and Zayo systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Fusion).
    • Coordinate with EIP (Enterprise Integration Platform) team for sync issues post-outage.


Technical Skills & Qualifications
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and user administration.
  • Basic understanding of integrations and data flows (Salesforce, Oracle Fusion).
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues related to data ingestion and system sync.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience with compliance reporting (SOX) is a plus.


Additional Details
  • No development work required; TEOCO is hosted and managed by a third-party provider.
  • Candidate should be responsive and available during U.S. business hours.
