When I Work is looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team and help us build out an entirely new product area. We are looking for someone who can both think big and roll up their sleeves to Get Shift Done.
Who You Are:
As a Product Manager, you’re up for the challenge of being a key player in defining the future of When I Work. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution of an entire product area and will be responsible for inspiring and leading a cross-functional team to ship successful products to market. You posses the following traits:

Flexibility to take on a wide range of tasks to fill in any gaps that exist to make a product successful
A desire to do what it takes to help a mission-driven company grow rapidly to truly help the entire hourly workforce
Developing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for an entire product area
Inspiring and leading cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class software
Own and be accountable for end-to-end success of your product. Everything from defining the future path, detailed requirements, partnering with and guiding design and development, spearheading launch activities and driving adoption post launch
Consistently generate and prioritize new product and feature ideas
Take a customer-centric approach to understand needs and pain points to generate future product priorities
Drive testing, research, and analysis to facilitate quick decision making
5+ years of product management experience including B2B and/or consumer mobile technology products or related experience leading highly complex strategic projects and cross-functional teams
Strong analytic experience and a bias for data-driven decision making
Successful experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic (read: sometimes chaotic) environment. Previous experience growing a product at a startup highly preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manipulate and draw insights from data
Self-motivated with a demonstrated desire to learn new technologies and skill sets
Strong leadership skills
Superior communication skills
