Service Program Manager




The WEX Health Service Program Manager will focus on defining and refining service offerings for our Health Account Services team in the areas of services definition, education of the offerings to our Sales and Marketing teams, contract review, pricing input, and hosting Red Carpet visits for prospective partners looking to engage WEX Health for these services.

Responsibilities include

  • Service offering definition, refinement, maintenance
    • Formalization of Health Account Services offerings in the area of Consumer Driven Healthcare, COBRA, and Direct Bill service offerings.
    • Packaging of Service Offerings to align with Technology Products
    • Identify and define additional services offerings that can complement existing offerings
  • Assistance to Sales team on pricing of services
    • Creation of services pricing models that integrate with Technology pricing to ensure competitive and profitable offerings
    • Cost modeling of Defined Service Offerings
  • Education of Offerings
    • Create content and education opportunities to keep WEX Health Sales force informed of current and new offerings
    • Collaborate with marketing team to create materials that our WEX Health Sales team can use to inform prospective Partners on our Health Account Service offerings
    • Assist Sales team with questions from prospects as they work through individual teams throughout the year
  • Red Carpet visits for prospects
    • Manage content and message for prospective partners visiting the WEX Health service centers including partner background, slide creation, and deal specifics
    • Coordinate Red Carpet visits to facilitate attendees, locations, objectives and preparation
  • Other Duties
    • Assist and collaborate with the Partner Development and Sales Solutions teams
    • Assist with content to RFP team and provide updated content to RFP team
    • Provide backup support on Sales questions
    • Field feedback from the market related future service offerings or changes to existing service offerings
    • Financial analysis of service offerings to facilitate ROI analysis
    • Participate in sales pipeline meetings in order to track opportunities and help forecast upcoming business and product demand




Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous marketing experience working with s services organization within the tech industry
  • Experience in creating new offerings, programs, and initiatives
  • Experience with the health care industry preferred but not required
  • Interpersonal relationship skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, combined with the ability to see the big picture
  • Comprehensive understanding of spending account administration, COBRA and WEX Health products and services
  • Highly developed communication skills, especially the ability to communicate information to experience defining and managing product and/or services offerings in a complex business environment
