The ability to manage the logistics of travel throughout the country. Plan and set up own travel schedule, reservations and
logistics required for meetings
Responsible for assisting all Sales Team members by answering questions and providing education.
Handles all inquiries professionally and courteously and with accuracy
Promotes a favorable image of Discovery Benefits through positive interactions with all internal Discovery Benefits staff
member and external customers maintaining their confidence in us
Researches/investigates all inquiries utilizing reference materials
Understands and applies confidentiality guidelines
Follows customer service standards
Work to stay current with industry trends & updates
Conduct presentations and provide product training / demonstrations to new clients and participants. Participate in monthly
Sales Team development meetings
Track and update channel and client contacts using tracking software
Travel 5-7 times per year
Must possess a high level of emotional intelligence whether on the road or in the office
Interacts with consultants in a professional manner. Takes immediate action to meet requests and needs. Has the ability to
differentiate between exceptional and good customer service. Must have the ability to listen, evaluate and exercise
Must be able to maintain confidentiality when using sensitive material.
Must have the ability to organize and prioritize work and schedule. Must be able to effectively plan projects and multi-task.

Works to protect and foster these relationships.
