WEX Health offers a SAASBased Payment Solution to some of the leading Health Carriers, Banks, ThirdParty Administrators and Payroll providers in the United States. We are growing byabout 20% to 30% per year across 5 locations in the United States. We arelooking for a leader that will take the lead on any critical tickets that wereceive from our customers. Looking for someone who can be technical andcustomer facing. Also, someone who can operate in 24/7/365 environment. Thisrole will play a critical role for our customers and IT organization.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of internal and external customer incidents and resolve them per guidelines set.
  • Coach, mentor and lead highly dynamic teams to help achieve the requirements of this position as well as the individual career goals of team members.
  • Managing day-to-day tasks and operations of the IT team as well as implementing projects.
  • Be accountable to critical tickets in 24/7 environment.
  • Work with team to develop technical documentation on processes and procedures.
  • Participate and lead discussions about infrastructure with compliance, security and technical audiences in the WEX Health partner community.
  • Define and manage resource requirements and allocations, monitors and improves quality, and ensures best practice' development techniques.
  • Serve as a change agent within the company to instill the new processes and systems to enable success of the company.
  • Work with business stakeholders in a cooperative, collaborative and professional manner at all times.
  • Be accountable to critical tickets in 24/7 environment.
  • Interact with Partners to understand and identify their product needs
  • Recruit and build productive an Infrastructure team.
  • Experience with Web Services
  • Experience with VMware and EMC
  • Experience with OnBase, WEX Health Cloud and benefit plans (Health Savings Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, Flexible Spending Accounts, Dependent Care Accounts and Transit accounts)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
