Implementation Manager, Large Accounts

This position is primarily responsible for managing implementation projects of EFS solutions. This includes business process analysis, customer requirements definition, project planning, communication of IT requirements, account setup, testing, training, and go live assistance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage implementation projects of EFS fuel card and related products, including integration with 3rd party back office systems
  • Manage implementation projects of EFS Mastercard solutions
  • Utilize Project Management software &
  • Provide technical sales assistance by conducting operational overviews at customer sites
  • Define business requirements, evaluate processes, provide recommendations on best business practices and design software modifications
  • Test EFS software & 3rd party vendor integration modules and train users at customer sites
  • Coordinate with 3rd party software providers where integration is needed
  • Position requires extensive travel to customer locations. Requires flexible travel schedule. Typically on the road, US, approximately 75% of the time. Could require occasional weekend travel and Canadian travel


  • Transportation industry knowledge
  • Credit card/money management knowledge
  • Software implementation experience
  • Ability to aggressively manage projects, lead meetings with high level executives, articulate complex technical speak into easily understood user language
  • Knowledge of transportation back office systems (TMW, McLeod, Innovative, Truckmate) a plus
  •, Clarizen, JIRA, IBM AS400, other standard office software tools

Education and or Experience

College degree or strong related experience in the transportation industry
