Senior Manager, Real Estate Management, Northern Europe

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager, Real Estate Management to help secure the best possible buildings for our member community.

The position forms a crucial part of the team and the company. You will be responsible for building relationships with key landlords, viewing and assessing space and ensuring there is a healthy and robust pipeline of exceptional office spaces. You will be an effective communicator, tenacious, commercially aware, articulate and someone that is able to build rapport. This position will be based in Stockholm or Amsterdam with weekly travel to Berlin.

Accountable for

  • Supporting WeWork's expansion within Nordics, the Baltics and the Netherlands by identifying new space, maintaining deal flow and ensuring end-to-end deal management

  • Building relationships with key landlords

  • Understanding how the business operates and key strategies

  • Timely deal conversion, advantageous deal terms and successful lease negotiations

  • Setting market growth strategy and ensuring healthy pipeline of commercial real estate

  • well-suited for WeWork product lines

  • Contributing to the regional growth strategy, expansion planning and new market entry

  • Leading and developing direct reports to achieve team goals


  • Understanding of commercial real estate

  • Breadth of knowledge and experience in end-to-end deal negotiation and real estate portfolio

  • management

  • Knowledge of designated territory

  • Comprehensive knowledge of real estate deal economics

  • Effective negotiation skills

  • Teamwork, cooperation, ability to take direction and develop others

  • Analysing and finding opportunities

  • Reliable, focused, with established ability to consistently meet goals and deadlines

  • Strong time management skills and experience leading numerous deals concurrently
