Senior Manager, Growth Operations Business Systems New Member Development

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Operations Business Systems, NMD, to spearhead all Global Growth New Member Development (NMD) initiatives while representing all NMD Business users. This role will be responsible for enabling NMD Sales to improve business performance and operational effectiveness and efficiency. The ideal candidate has +8 years of experience leading system deployments, managing projects, implementing processes, and driving user adoption at a global organization.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Represent all Business users in the Global Growth New Member Development (NMD) organization in defining the product and feature roadmap
  • Project manage NMD Stakeholder requests, Central-driven initiatives, and in-flight developments
  • Continue to develop and iterate on processes and communication for global Stakeholder management
  • Identify meaningful opportunities to improve the efficiency of business processes and scoping initiatives with the Salesforce Product and Technology teams
  • Define processes and business requirements for Business users with Product Managers and developers
  • Develop and conduct training for global business processes and workflows, at times in partnership with the Sales Enablement team
  • Lead and own vendor partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders from vendor identification, implementation, and user training
  • Manage global team of business system Leads and Analysts
  • Continued learning of best-in-class processes and tools
  • Travel required 10% of the time

Job Requirements
  • Degree in business, project management, or information systems
  • +8 years related experience with global public company
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including extensive experience in project management
  • Experience in training and driving user adoption
