About the Role

The We Company is currently seeking a Senior Manager for its Project Management function to provide project management support for various strategic projects and initiatives. This includes large-scale technology projects, talent initiatives, employee programs, policy and practice changes and re-organizations. This position may also help drive, consult and collaborate on The We Company's key cross-functional initiatives, outside of the People Team. As such this position will serve as a critical organizing element to each project team - managing deadlines, ensuring all functions have what they need to achieve goals, and reporting successes and learnings to executives.

A successful candidate in this role is a master of cross-functional project management, communication and reporting. They are able to immerse themselves in the processes and procedures of individual functions in order to create cohesive systems that bring clarity across all teams. The candidate is goal oriented, always looking for new ways to iterate and improve their individual progress as well as the project of their team.


  • Help define goals & KPIs early in each project and create systems to track those KPIs throughout
  • Facilitate overall roadmap planning: unpack a broad, cross-functional initiative into specific workstreams, help teams define scope, deliverables, and schedules, and coordinate activation across multiple teams for multiple stakeholders
  • Find creative ways to help our teams connect with our objectives and visualize / communicate our successes both internally and to senior leadership, including presentations and report
  • Assist in driving consistency across project methodologies and approaches
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management or management experience
  • Consultant experience a plus
  • Highly proficient in Google Suite - a spreadsheet and deck-building expert
  • Proven ability to assist on large scale, complex projects end to end
  • Outstanding communication skills with comfort presenting to senior leadership
  • Excellent relationship management, interpersonal skills, influencing and negotiating skills, and ability to work in fast moving organizations with rapidly changing priorities
  • Demonstrate high amount of empathy, integrity, dependability, responsibility and accountability
