Position: Operations Analyst

Reporting To: VP of Operations - International 

Position Goals & Objectives

  • Provide analysis and support for all teams under Operations
  • Drive efficiency in operational processes across growing market
  • Recognize bottlenecks and develop strategic solutions to eliminate inefficiencies
  • Improve interdepartmental communication between WeWork HQ and WeWork Europe & Israel 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Update the WeWork Europe & Israel Standards where necessary, liaise with the market City Leads and GM’s to ensure that our standards are practical and relevant to the market needs
  • Analyze Zendesk tickets; liaise with City Leads and Community Management to identify operational pain points and provide solutions.
  • Analyze all parts of operations, including facilities, security, food and beverage and IT through detailed data compilation and reporting.
  • Improve and streamline operational processes in region.
  • Liaise with US operations team to ensure timely roll out of central WeWork operational initiatives.
  • Document process flows and create market relevant procedure manuals for the functional performance of WeWork spaces and infrastructure.
  • Oversee food and beverage initiatives in market, including improving LPQ relationship, Honesty Market product mix and community training.


  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word required.
  • 3 years experience in data analysis, project management or similar professional experience.
  • Energetic and willing to work hard to understand all facets of WeWork Operations.
  • Experience with data analysis and systems knowledge a plus.
  • Experience with Zendesk preferred.
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work cross-departmentally with multiple stakeholders to find complex solutions.
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Must be prepared to work long hours when required by time constraints and deadlines
