Learning Partner, Southern Europe

WeWork is currently recruiting for a Learning and Development partner to be based in Paris and look after our growing Southern European region (France, Spain, Italy and more countries to be launched). In this role, you will be responsible to deliver an engaging, impactful and progressive development experience for our people. On top of content delivery, you will be responsible for the creation and development of blended, interactive and engaging learning resources and interventions. The role will be business facing, working strategically with internal stakeholders to diagnose learning needs, coach on root causes and translate those into learning designs and solutions.

POSITION GOALS & OBJECTIVES:

  • Lead our New Hire orientation sessions (in region) and on board our Community teams
  • Conduct learning gap analysis based on WeWork brand experience, standards, and KPIs. Support the General Managers/Community Directors and train current employees based on the market needs through hands-on feedback sessions
  • Support local management to offer ongoing development in operations, community, and sales through hands-on instruction and feedback
  • Support location openings for new teams. Thorough a powerful learning experience, you will contribute to the KPI of meeting service standards within first 30 days of opening.
  • Partner with the global training team to ensure Community Learning in local market is effective and representative of WeWork's brand and culture, including but not limited to:
  • Periodically evaluate training effectiveness and needs through ongoing communication with Community Managers, Community Directors, Directors of Operations and Territory General Managers
  • Monitor completion of required Community training content (onboarding, e-learning)
  • Facilitate core learning sessions by being certified through Train the Trainer sessions on core learning workshops that need to be rolled out such as interviewing skills, developing your personal mission & telling your story, how to coach, give feedback, and provide development conversations.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extensive experience in providing multiple types of learning experiences, including but not limited to:
    • Facilitating delivery to large and small groups
    • Online / Virtual instructional delivery
    • On- the - job coaching
  • Proven success record and strategic experience in training and coaching
  • Several years of experience with the organisation and understanding of business tools and infrastructure
  • Familiarity with development and delivering knowledge sharing programs
  • Knowledge of training, customer service, building company culture and change management methodology
  • Excellent organisational, project management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships; ability to build trust with team and implement accountability through leadership and integrity
  • Weekly travel to WeWork locations within assigned Region
