Growth Strategy and Operations Territory Lead

As a Territory Growth Strategy & Ops Lead, you will play a critical role in driving demand-side growth within US territories and markets. He or she will partner with the Territory Sales, Marketing, Community and Finance leadership teams to surface insights, build local strategy and execute initiatives related to Growth.


  • Partner with the territory management team on all areas related to the demand-side growth of the business.

  • Work with territory leadership team on business planning, growth strategy, and special projects.

  • Partner with territory Growth teams (Sales, Marketing, Inside Sales, Broker Development) to execute strategy and action plans to drive high occupancy in the territory.

  • Build dashboards to track, manage, and provide insights on KPIs; highlight insights from dashboards for territory leadership.

  • Serve as the liaison between the territory and HQ on regional or global initiatives.

  • Identify system, structural and process improvements across the full-cycle of member growth, create experiments, make actionable recommendations, and drive execution to implement change.

  • Project manage our go-to-market strategy within the territory by helping to launch new buildings and markets.

  • Ability and willingness to travel and spend time in the territories.


  • 3-5 years of operational experience in management consulting, start-ups, or business insights / analytics roles.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with large data sets to develop actionable insights.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Project ownership and project management experience required.

  • Proven track record working in a high growth, unstructured and fast-paced environment.

  • Strong executive presence; experience and comfort level working with C-level executives.

  • Experience with SQL, R, and/or other programming languages a plus.

  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRMs a plus.
