Business Operations Analyst

Business Operations Analyst - London The Business Operations team based in London works with Leadership and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure our Europe & Australia region delivers strong performance and is set up for scaling. We are looking for an Analyst to support by building tools and processes to drive regional performance and more efficient teams, and ensure best practice is shared while distilling actionable insights from data. Your superpowers include being highly analytical, resourceful and eager to dive into the data as well as strong communication and relationship skills. You will balance multiple projects at once, often with autonomy, so we're looking for attention to detail and experience working cross-functionally in a hyper-growth environment. Role Overview & Responsibilities • Identify and forecast data trends, build dashboards and automate reporting to influence decisions across the regional organization • Set up standard processes and best practice frameworks cross-functionally as needed • Partner closely with Functions, including Finance, Growth & Marketing Operations, Real Estate, Community and Building Operations to articulate insights and make recommendations to drive efficiency and scalability • Prepare frequent reports and presentations for the Business Operations team to communicate to Leadership, internal departments, and external partners • Proactively identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth and implement solutions with Stakeholders • Lead project management on long-term and high-urgency priority cross-functional projects Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) • Strong track record of problem solving skills, data-driven decision making and business knowledge in a high-growth startup-like environment • Strong command of Excel with the ability to query a database using SQL • Passion and demonstrated ability to engage and manage relationships cross-departmentally with strong communication skills • Proven experience in Project Management tools Monday and Stargate as well as Financial management tool Workday • 2+ year from business consulting or finance/accounting support functions with strong background in analytics and a strong command of balance sheet analysis • Extensive experience reporting and presenting insights on Slides or the equivalent • Experience and interest in end-to-end process establishment and improvement • "Gets stuff done" -- credibility is earned at WeWork through a proven strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity, with laser focus on execution and a hands-on approach • Experience working in a Sales environment, understanding journey flow and terminology of a complex product • Minimum one-year experience building and optimizing at least one of the following BI Tools: Tableau, Salesforce and Looker • Bilingual fluency required in English and an additional language to support our international growth and operations Benefits & Perks: • Competitive salary, plus benefits package • Casual dress code & employee development opportunities Critical Competencies for Success • Do'er: o You do what you love! o Credibility is earned at WeWork through execution and getting things done. o You are able to get into the details and deliver results under highest expectations on time and quality. o Be ready to get hands-on with all aspects of the daily needs.
