Broker Events Manager

Job Description:

  • Ideate, develop, research, strategize, and manage Broker Experiential Marketing events within the US, Canada and Israel Region focused on the end goals of lead generation and broker pipeline opportunities.
  • Plan, produce, and execute Broker Experiential Marketing events across the region.
    • 4-10 events per month, with an approximate yearly average of 6 events per month.
    • Events will include, but are not limited to; hyper-targeted sales events, external events & conferences, field activations, broker sales events, asset-specific events
    • Concentration in owned property and market-specific events across USCI with attendance from 50-200 per event
    • Assistance with awareness/brand-building broker events and conferences in partnership with global events team
  • Help create and drive the Broker Experiential Marketing strategy for the region and territory with Territory Marketing team and cross-functional counterparts.
  • Manage frequent stakeholder interactions, reporting, projects with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to; GMs, Marketing, Sales, Public Affairs, Community Teams, etc.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with internal cross-functional partners
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of key metrics and results
  • Responsible for the development of event related marketing materials with graphic designer
  • Content for event related email marketing campaigns and coordination with email marketing manager for execution
  • Adheres to budget systems and guidelines for all programming within region
  • Provide input to create, adjust, and refine best practice documents for the team
  • Ensures compliance of local laws/restrictions for programming

Experience and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5+ years of directly relevant experience: event marketing, event production, preferably in broker marketing, property marketing, and/or real estate industry events
  • 3+ years experience in marketing
  • Ideal candidate has real estate industry experience, familiarity with industry associations/conferences, and understands RE audience
  • Willing to travel 4-5 times per month within the US & Canada, 1-3 days per trip. Occasional trips to Israel.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to cross-functionally collaborate to execute projects, including with those who may be remote
  • Work with a "no task too big, no task too small" attitude

  • Ability to work in a cross-functional organization and demonstrate team leadership skills
  • Experience learning and navigating within a high-growth and fast paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Products is a must
  • Knowledge of Splash, Slack, Salesforce, and Looker are a plus
