Description

WES is looking for a bright and self-motivated admin to support our Institutional Relations team in ensuring WES' accurate representation on partner and client materials. This is a 20 hours a week, 4-month temporary position concluding at the end of September, with the option to extend as needed.

Position Requirements

Duties included but not limited to:

  • Monitoring relevant websites including licensing boards, Department of Education websites and university website nationally for up-to-date WES referral information.
  • Reaching out to any website with incorrect details in order to resolve appropriately.
  • Updating WES resources.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Have polished written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be self-disciplined to comfortably accomplish tasks independently.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills.
  • Be computer proficient with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
