Wells Fargo Commercial Distribution Finance

Commercial Distribution Finance (CDF) provided $47 billion in financing for more than 50,000 dealers and more than 4,000 distributors and manufacturers globally in 2015. CDF provides inventory financing solutions, service and intelligence through in-depth industry expertise and commitment. Programs include inventory and accounts receivable financing, asset-based lending, private label financing, and related financial products.


  • Conduct routine floor checks at least 3 to 4 times a day
  • Operation of and scheduled maintenance of metered postage equipment
  • Maintain and reorder stock of specified supplies
  • Utilize various systems/resources to independently search and locate desired information
  • Escalate and document any facilities related outages as appropriate
  • Coordinate with front desk clerk(s)/security to ensure coverage of key responsibilities
  • Setup and reorganization of multiple conference rooms/office spaces as scheduled/requested
  • Distribution and or posting of internal communications as assigned
  • Receipt and log of all incoming deliveries on a daily basis

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of operations experience

  • Mailroom or equivalent experience, motivated, self-starter, customer service experience
