Market Job Description Provides maintenance and implementation support for moderately complex treasury management products and services. Serves as a point of coordination for clients throughout the customer life cycle, providing installation and training expertise as needed. Ensures customer implementation data is accurately captured/recorded, and systems are correctly installed. Communicates product dependencies and establishes timeline for implementation. Acts as a liaison between the client, sales officers, vendors, Relationship Managers and client services as needed to deliver quality services that meet client needs. May present training options to clients. May perform post implementation analysis.
