About Wells Fargo (EGS) India Solutions
We are hiring for a position in EGS Delivery in India. EGS stands for Wells Fargo's Enterprise Global Services. We are a critical component of the Wells Fargo strategy to leverage distinct advantages of a global environment. Legally, we are known as Wells Fargo (EGS) India Solutions . Currently we are 12000+ strong team members with 3 locations ( Chennai ,Bangalore and Hyderabad) in India and 1 center in Manila.

Job Description:
5+ years of experience with scripting languages Python/PERL/Shell.
L2/L3 Production Support experience with any Call center technologies, Genesys Framework, IVR/Cisco components.
Support Implement/patching/periodic upgrades of the Genesys Infrastructure as required.
Participate in RCA, Production Issues, reviews with cross multiple functional areas and/or multiple technical platforms.
Exhibit proficiency in the Troubleshooting/installation and configuration of Genesys/IVR/Cisco systems.
Timely identifies tracks, manages and, resolves technical issues and risks. Escalates and resolves issues via proper communication channels.
Generally can work independently with periodic reviews with management
Communicates openly and effectively with IT associates, senior managements and business users.
Working knowledge of Genesys/Cisco Framework, reporting, routing and multi-channel components.
Experience in troubleshooting routing issues in production on call.
Flexibility to work in a 16/7 environment, including weekends and holidays.

Must Have :
3+ years of Routing Development/support Experience in Contact Center Solutions (Voice, IVR and Multi-channel)
3+ years of experience with Configuration management tools.
3+ years of Linux experience
2+ years of Splunk experience

Windows Admin Skills.
Experience on Build automation tools such as uDeploy, Jenkins to support CI / CD approach
Genesys certification in Routing
Knowledge and understanding of Appdynamics/ Empirix/Sentinel
Exposure to F5 or any Load balancer.
