About Enterprise Global Services :
Enterprise Global Services (EGS) enables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting over half of Wells Fargo's business lines and staff functions across Technology, Business Services, Risk Services and Knowledge Services. Wholesale Technologies supports various applications for the Wholesale line of businesses. The teams are spread across various locations including EGS. Team member will be working from any of the EGS India work locations. The technology team has various applications based on Java Stack, Microsoft, DWH, Etc.
About the Role
This is a hands-on management position primarily responsible for Global Financial Platform (International Payments), Legacy core (IBIS, Aqua, Midas) and Global Reporting Applications and Compliance Engineering.
Experience in implementation of any core banking solutions or payment applications is essential.
Experience in areas of Build & Deployment automation, Test automation & Defects management.
Experience of working with global stakeholders and distributed teams
Program & Delivery:
Accountable for the overall delivery for the product / application - ensuring quality of code and adherence to committed timelines.
Interpret BRDs & functional specification documents and design technical and quality specifications.
Provide technical/coding direction and guidance on complex logics, being hands-on with technical design & development.
Define and track team tasks, quality metrics and effective defect management. Be in control of scope and deliverables.
Design & drive automation strategies. Understand the product / application and contribute to roadmap / strategy.
Exhibit sense of urgency in handing Production/Critical defects and in ensuring Production stability.
Coordinate implementation activities across a broad range of functions and departments. Efficient stakeholder management with technology, partner teams, shared services and support organizations. Gain user acceptance for deliverables.
Conduct trainings and user sessions for Partner, Business and Support organizations.
Well aware of information security, data protection, banking standards and global working culture.
People & Organization:
Accountable for expectation/goal setting for the team members in line with organization's goals.
Responsible for creating opportunities for team members (including managers) growth. Plan and manage skill portfolio of staff in view of future needs.
Meet talent needs of the group including full time and contingent staffs for technology delivery
Retain talent, build and sustain high performance work culture.
Guide and mentor team members to stay focused on organization's goals and their career path.
Undertake management of cross-departmental projects, collaborating with other groups to achieve global and location specific objectives.
Facilitate ideas and projects in accordance with agreed priorities.
Manages strategic relationships with local vendors for running the business.
Experience in implementation of any core banking solutions or payment applications.
Project planning and tracking, estimation techniques.
Functional : Core Banking, International Payments, Regulatory & Compliance.
Java full stack, PL/SQL, Web Services.
Unix, Windows Admin server, Jboss and Weblogic application server.
DevOps (CI/CD) and Automation of Build & Deployment.
Agile - Scrum, Scaled Agile.
Testing - Unit, SIT and UAT testing. Test Automation using Selenium, NUnit/JUnit
Experience in Cloud enablement / Cloud based application and Microservices based product/application.
