Market Job Description
3+ Years of Experience in technology delivery and relationship management with a client organization. TRM Acts as a liaison between technology groups and stakeholders involved throughout transition projects. This role will perform relationship management duties by engaging stakeholders (like Technology Managers, [email protected] Transition Management and Delivery Heads, Legal, Risk and Data Privacy stakeholders ) on a project basis and report on progress for EIT. Understands the application business function at a high level to determine dependencies across stakeholder groups in the organization.
Technology Relationship Managers basic Roles & responsibilities would be around Managing:
A. EIT Offshore Transitions In-Take Requests & Assessment process – managing a centralized in-take request process for all EIT offshore transitions requiring legal and risk approvals, coordinating the completion of required strategic assessments, consulting on opportunities for transition efficiencies, ensuring hand-off to transition management, identifying and implementing process improvements.
B. Legal, Risk and Recruitment Clearinghouse management – facilitating Legal, Risk and Recruitment clearinghouses meetings, ensuring updated transition information in SharePoint trackers and managing governance functions, including tracking, alerting and reporting on compliance to Operating Level Agreements (OLAs).for key transitions milestones.
C. Ramp Up Transitions & Tool support (tool is yet to be built) – data mining for issue identification, root cause analysis and reporting and non-compliance with EGS Transition methodology, identifying and implementing process improvements. Translating business requirements into tool functionality to meet needs. Advising the business of any issues with trigger events.
Market Skills and Certifications
Relationship management experience delivering technology services between one or more internal technology organizations and medium to large internal lines of business.
Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
Experience supporting or directing offshore teams.
Knowledge and understanding of strategic roadmap coordination and development
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Experience with offshoring transitions and/or offshoring operations
Experience creating and presenting executive level briefings with metrics, dashboards, etc.
Problem solver adept at driving issues to solutions and gaining alignment from several stakeholders
Ability to work additional hours as needed
