Department Overview:
CACHE (Capability & Competence Hub at EGS) is the capability hub of EGS providing on demand staffing for EIT@EGS LOBs.
CACHE mainly caters to term based assignments in both generic and niche skills.
As we speak CACHE is spread across all LOBs in EIT@EGS and have some presence in Business & Risk services.
CACHE Value proposition: Help LOBs in staffing as well as building competencies, Knowledge retention, and better Risk management in a cost Effective manner

Job Purpose: Responsible for providing Administration support for tools like Symphony, Falcon, Aegis, COO Tools, iTracker etc.

Job Description:
o Maintain tools, Symphony, Falcon, Aegis, COO tools itracker, SIMBA, Ramp, Host
o Perform Entitlements and System of Record and cleanup of inactive users.
o Maintain current information in System of Record according to update schedule
o Maintain weekly status report of all on-going implementations to Manager of Implementation Services
o Maintain department documentation
o Work with database administrators to clearly define and document any defects incurred during implementation process.
o Ability to work independently or within a team dynamic
o Ability to follow outlined policies and procedures
o Ability to translate technical requirements into non-technical terminology

Primary Skill:
o Experience of production support Environment.
o Ability to read, analyze, and interpret Excel, various delimited text files
o Ability to utilize Excel and text editors to transform disparate source data to match System of Record import standards
o Ability to use VLOOKUP, MATCH, INDEX, etc. to accomplish proper data formatting
o Ability to record, write, and edit macros in Excel
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Excellent customer service skills
o Excellent critical thinking skills
o Time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft office products.
Familiar with ticketing systems like service now an Remedy.
Intermediate Shell scripting and windows scripting.
