Job Description:

  • The primary responsibility will be working with Wells Fargo Marketing Business Intelligence team to provide real-time support for Marketing SharePoint sites.
  • Responsibility in site hierarchy development, page design and security group creation.
  • This role will also be responsible for the intake, development of requirements and metric validation of the Reporting Solutions.
  • Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
  • Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
  • Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes.
  • May develop systems test plan components and test scripts.
  • May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.
  • May provide direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff. In addition, this role will act as an onsite lead (team lead).

Market Skills and Certifications
Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience in SQL skills in order to perform data research, data integrity, data validation and data analysis from various large-scale or highly complex data sources.
  • Knowledge in relational and OLAP database design and implementation.
  • In addition, will need to understand Microsoft Products (ex. BI Tools, Tableau, JavaScript, CSS)
  • SharePoint development experience
