Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant for Vulnerability Management within the Digital Technology and Innovation group which supports evolving digital platforms and enhances integration of the innovation pipeline into our customer-facing capabilities.

  • Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products & services for medium to large business unit clients and contribute to large scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services
  • Review Qualys, iTracker, Infrastructure Release Management & Governance, and additional internal reports to determine and prioritize servers that require remediation.
  • Create, manipulate, and review Excel reports.
  • Ensure all Middleware patches are in compliance with enterprise schedules.
  • Work with internal and enterprise web system engineers to determine remediation risk, game plan steps, and implementation schedule.
  • Develop new documentation and participate in the development of new department technical procedures.
  • Attend multiple weekly meetings with application teams to communicate and ensure vulnerabilities are remediated by due dates.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/yearly reports to communicate status to leadership and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Represent Platform Support Group (PSG) during vulnerability remediation calls.
  • Candidates must have strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 1+ year of compliance experience
  • 1 + years of experience communicating system vulnerabilities and remediation guidance to both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • 1+ years of infrastructure experience
  • 3+ years of experience conducting project meetings, presentations and status reporting.
  • 1+ years of experience reviewing Qualys reports and identifying remediation solutions.
  • 2+ years of technical project management experience

  • Experience managing medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
  • 1+ year of change management experience
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies, opportunities to streamline business processes, and implement change
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Ability to lead projects/initiatives with high risk and complexity
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Leadership skills including the ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment
  • Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as Confluence or Jira
  • Experience with BI tools such as MicroStrategy and Tableau
