Automation :
Strong Work experience in selenium , Java, and good understanding oops concepts.
Good Experience in Continuous Integration using Jenkins, maven, TestNG
Good understanding of Waterfall and agile models
Develop/Enhance automation frameworks, defining/enhancing the coding standards.
Define automation test strategy and Test Data Strategy
Develop, maintain and execute automation scripts as requested and working with the technology and business counterparts in the U.S.
Good experience in Automation Tool (please specify) and should be able to efficiently develop new functions, debug functions in library files, and guide team members and enhance/customize existing framework and provide ideas to improve efficiencies.
Should have experience on any version control tool.
Excellent knowledge in one other automation tool.
Strong knowledge in developing and maintain multiple frameworks - data drive, Key word driven and hybrid frameworks
Strong in Data base knowledge
Able to continuously improve the framework and suites that achieve efficiencies to bring in cost and effort savings.
Ability to explore new technologies and tools that will achieve speed to Market and Improved Productivity

Good analytical skills and problem solving skills
Good interpersonal skills and good team connect
Strong oral and written communication. A person who can handle his own tasks and also lead small initiatives or small modules ( in terms of delivery as well as communication with partners)

Good to have:
Domain knowledge is an added advantage
Selenium with Python experience is desirable

Market Skills and Certifications
Selenium Testing with Core Java Skills
Should have played a key role in driving the DevOps implementation with experience on Jenkins and Maven Integrations
