May have to work in off hour shift starting at 6:00 AM and ending at 3:00 PM or from 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Creates, prepares, and conducts SPLI quality assurance reviews and develops standard Test Methodology test plans.
Is a liaison between our SPLI team and the application development teams to gather requirements, schedule testing, facilitate testing meetings, coordinate and reports on SPLI test results for assigned projects
Very strong in scripting using VuGen is desired
Serve as a coordinator for all SPLI testing activities on assigned projects
Uses functional knowledge of applications to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving moderately complex SPLI test problems
Handle multiple projects simultaneously
Work nonstandard hours as necessary to support SPLI Testing efforts
Prioritize tasks to ensure high quality services are being provided to Clients
Author Performance test plans, and serve as a coordinator for all testing activities.
Perform SPLI tests to ensure all deliverables are production ready and as per SLAs
Provide technical guidance of performance testing to application developers, architects, business partners and management
Train new team members on Performance testing & Engineering and methodology
Troubleshoot and resolve Performance Engineering issues.
Perform performance Engineering tasks concurrently on multiple projects.
Recommend enhancements and participate in driving initiatives within the Performance Engineering group
Additional responsibilities as directed by either the Performance Engineering Team Management
Basic knowledge on DevOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Development activities
Good to have Cloud based performance Testing experience
Good to have certification on Load Runner or other performance Testing/Engineering tools
Application performance Monitoring tools
